1. Data We Collect

When you use GetRizzPilot, we collect your email address (for account creation and billing), uploaded screenshots (for AI analysis), and conversation text extracted from those screenshots. We also store your generated replies, rizz scores, and subscription information. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and avatar from that provider.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your uploaded screenshots and extracted conversation text are used solely for providing the AI analysis service. We do not train AI models on your data, sell your personal information, or share your conversation content with third parties. Your email is used for account management, billing, and essential service communications. We may send occasional product updates (with opt-out).

3. Data Retention

Screenshots and analysis results are stored for 30 days. You can delete any analysis at any time from your history. Account information is retained until you delete your account. Billing records are retained as required by law.

4. Third-Party Services

We use Google Cloud Platform (for hosting and AI processing), Stripe/Razorpay (for payment processing), and Google Sign-In (optional authentication). Each service has its own privacy policy governing how they handle your data. We only transmit the minimum data necessary for each service to function.

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. No tracking cookies, no advertising cookies, no third-party analytics cookies. Your privacy is our default.

6. Your Rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. You can export your data, delete your account, or unsubscribe from communications. We will respond to all requests within 30 days.
