By creating an account or using GetRizzPilot, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1A. Age Requirement

You must be 18 years of age or older to use GetRizzPilot. By creating an account, you confirm you meet this age requirement. We reserve the right to verify age and suspend accounts that violate this policy.

2. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Service Usage

GetRizzPilot provides AI-powered conversation analysis and reply suggestions. The AI generates suggestions based on patterns and may not always be accurate. Use replies at your discretion. We are not responsible for outcomes resulting from using the service.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the service for any illegal purpose, to harass or harm others, to upload malware or attempt to compromise the service, or to reverse engineer the AI systems.

5. Subscription & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly. You can cancel anytime — your access continues until the end of the billing period. Credits may roll over based on your plan terms. All prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes.

6. Limitation of Liability

GetRizzPilot is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for damages arising from use of the service, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
